When one of the doors was damaged, they arranged for the two panels to be removed and replaced with doors painted to exactly the same color. They had kept records on who had done the repainting, so the process was nearly seamless.

Installer was excelent

The entire process went well except the emergency release lock did not operate. This was promptly corrected.

Middlesex OD was great. Responded to my inquiry timely, gave me a couple options in the quote, quality of install was superb, and they cleaned up after themselves. Awesome.
