This was my first time purchasing a garage door.
Shirley in the Burlington office was excellent in explaining the different door products and motors.

The installation(I think it was Scott)went smooth and was well done.

My overall opinion...Middlesex is a good company to do business with.

Shirley was great, I got my door installed on the date she said. The only issue was that the installer put up the door opener bracket on my ceiling and he put 17 holes into my new plaster ceiling… Read more Shirley was great, I got my door installed on the date she said. The only issue was that the installer put up the door opener bracket on my ceiling and he put 17 holes into my new plaster ceiling trying to find a stud, and didn't attempt to fix it or even tell me he put that many holes in the ceiling. He also nicked the ceiling near the entrance and it appears he dropped something on the new concrete floor and put a gouge in it. Sloppy workmanship. The company didn't offer to pay to repair the damage either. Mixed feelings.

Only one issue. The initial installation had to be adjusted as the new rails were not aligned properly using my existing hangers. We are delighted so far with our new garage doors which are much quieter and sturdier than our previous particle board doors. The sales person was informative and never pushy. The installer was… Read more We are delighted so far with our new garage doors which are much quieter and sturdier than our previous particle board doors. The sales person was informative and never pushy. The installer was efficient. We did, however, have some communication mishaps with the office. After we sent in our deposit check, there seems to be a long delay before the installation was actually scheduled. I do believe it was just a mistake on the part of the office staff. Overall, we were very satisfied.
