And when you call for hlep, you… Read more We have been customers of Middlesex Overhead Door since the mid-1980s. And have always been pleased.. No longer. The Garaga door we had installed breaks down often. And when you call for hlep, you are told you will get a call back.. But then you don't. And when you call them again you get a runaround and no direction about how you might fix the problem without one of their precious technicians. Being stuck with the car stuck in the garage is NOT SAFE. Having a door which does not operate even manually is NOT SAFE. Never using them again.

Big issue was that due to the driveway being sloped the door is not level to the ground, leaving a 4 inch gap under half the door. It would have been very helpful to have that information from the installer beforehand to determine how best to proceed.

Company is easy to work with. No surprises. Price was in line with other quotes. Installer (John) stayed overtime to complete a 2 door installation in one day.

Jay was very professional and provided good guidance. He was the reason I selected Middlesex Overhead. My garage door is attractive and easy to use.

One call brought an estimator to the house to check the old equipment and help me select a door (R12 w insulated windows). 2 weeks later the installers arrived and replaced the old door in a few hours. Everything worked well, every MOD employee was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Shirley in the office was very responsive as well. I would recommend MOD to anyone seeking a great product with great service at a reasonable price!
