The Garaga door we had installed breaks down often. And when you call for hlep, you are told you will get a call back.. But then you don't. And when you call them again you get a runaround and no direction about how you might fix the problem without one of their precious technicians. Being stuck with the car stuck in the garage is NOT SAFE. Having a door which does not operate even manually is NOT SAFE. Never using them again.

The door quality I am very happy with so far. Big issue was that due to the driveway being sloped the door is not level to the ground, leaving a 4 inch gap under half the door. Big issue was that due to the driveway being sloped the door is not level to the ground, leaving a 4 inch gap under half the door. It would have been very helpful to have that information from the installer beforehand to determine how best to proceed.

Company is easy to work with. No surprises. Price was in line with other quotes. Installer (John) stayed overtime to complete a 2 door installation in one day.
