I was able to conduct all the business I needed with them over the phone or via email from having someone evaluate my current garage door, obtain brochures of the possible offerings, getting an estimate, picking the desired door and having it installed. They came on the day indicated and everything was done as expected. I gave the crew access to the garage so I did not even need to be home while the work was performed. When I arrived home I had a new door and the entire work area was spotless.

The door looks great and the door works fine.

There is a communication gap with the sale guy. He was late to start, called to say he would be late, and then was still another 45 minutes later than he expected. After getting the proposal, it was… Read more There is a communication gap with the sale guy. He was late to start, called to say he would be late, and then was still another 45 minutes later than he expected. After getting the proposal, it was only in the fine print that I learned I would need to have an electrician do some work before the job even began. I needed a new outlet put in of the garage door openers, but the instructions were vague. The installer later commented that the outlet should have been in a different location, but this is something that I should had been told to have had it put in the right place. When the installer showed up for the job, it was not what he was expecting. The installer wasn't sure if what was supposed to get done would actually work. We could hear the installer making several phone calls expressing his uncertainty in what was supposed to happen. In the end the installer made it all work and he was excellent. The lock failed on the first day and the office was helpful in getting it fixed. Overall I'm pleased with the finished job. I just wish that the communication was more clear for what I the customer needed to have done and what the installer was anticipating when he arrived.
