Told me to read the book or call Lift Master. At my age, 77, I'm not very good at reading instructions. with all the material he gave me, there is no phone number for Lift Master. He also instructed me to buy a lubricant and lubricate the rollers and other parts which I can't remember. My thought would be that with all the equipment he had, he could do the lubrication.

The overall experience is excellent from pricing to installation. Communications are timely and seamless. The installer is professional, knowledgeable, and pardonable.

They did an amazing job, were courteous on time and just a pleasure to deal with. If they were both a jack of all trades I would have them do everything i needed to have done at my home. Neil was the the salesman I dealt with to discuss the new garage door. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a manner that you can understand. Would recommend anyone to call Middlesex Door!!

They did the custom paint, which was a big plus for us. We could not find the color we needed anywhere else. There was no extra cost for the painting. The installation was fast, and the door was of a very good quality. Also, they replaced our old railings and hardware.
