The job was professionally done, and the customer service was excellent. This week we had Middlesex Doors replace broken glass in one of the doors, and received the same great service. They even lubricated both doors in just a couple minutes.

The service/installation team members are very knowledgeable and are very adept at finding solutions for repairs that others can't.
Most recently I purchased/installed an 18 foot wide door. Neil was great to work with. He really loves to educate the customer so they can appreciate what they are getting. Price was great, service excellent, and door quality was also great.

We are very happy with our new garage door for our barn. It looks and works very nice.

Communication was excellent through the process and the installation team was clearly experienced and worked efficiently in installing the new door.
