From my first call to ask about their services, to meeting the sales advisor and installer. It took one week from my first call to get a repair quote for my garage doors to actually repairing the doors. Called ahead to let me know they are coming, the work was done as per estimate, the price was reasonable, no up selling, just professional service.
Highly recommend.

Price was reasonable and fair. Shirley set me up with an appointment in the next week. Joe did the installation. All went like clockwork. Joe showed up earlier than promised, and starting working before I could meet him. Work was all done before I arrived. Entire team was professional, friendly, and did great work. During the sales phase, Brian Hale worked hard to find me high-quality doors. My order evolved over time, and the final estimate did not have the same detail as the original estimate. The opener was supposed to have a camera. Brian said he would look into the situation... never got back to me after 2 calls and 3 emails. The installation team was professional. But they had to come back to fix the ordering of the panels on the garage door (two were switched).
