I was also very lucky that I spotted this oversite before maybe months or years had gone by and I needed to use the emergency release and would have been unable to lift the door.

First off the actual door matched the pictures so was happy about that as it was a special order as i had an odd size opening. The installer was very courteous and diligent worker. The work was done within the 4 hour window they stated on how long it would take. I would definitely use them again ad would recommend to others needing a garage door.
