Neil is especially personable and knowledgable. He took his time getting accurate measurements, and answered all my questions in detail. About a month later the door parts arrived and I was fortunate to have Alex dismantle the old door and install the new door and opener. He did the job neatly and expertly. He's highly skilled, knows his craft.
