Told me to read the book or call Lift Master. At my age, 77, I'm not very good at reading instructions. with all the material he gave me, there is no phone number for Lift Master. He also instructed me to buy a lubricant and lubricate the rollers and other parts which I can't remember. My thought would be that with all the equipment he had, he could do the lubrication.
