The Garaga door we had installed breaks down often. And when you call for hlep, you are told you will get a call back.. But then you don't. And when you call them again you get a runaround and no direction about how you might fix the problem without one of their precious technicians. Being stuck with the car stuck in the garage is NOT SAFE. Having a door which does not operate even manually is NOT SAFE. Never using them again.

It would have been very helpful to have that information from the installer beforehand to determine how best to proceed.

Everything worked well, every MOD employee was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Shirley in the office was very responsive as well. I would recommend MOD to anyone seeking a great product with great service at a reasonable price!
