Joe showed up earlier than promised, and starting working before I could meet him. Work was all done before I arrived. Entire team was professional, friendly, and did great work. During the sales phase, Brian Hale worked hard to find me high-quality doors. My order evolved over time, and the final estimate did not have the same detail as the original estimate. The opener was supposed to have a camera. Brian said he would look into the situation... never got back to me after 2 calls and 3 emails. The installation team was professional. But they had to come back to fix the ordering of the panels on the garage door (two were switched).
