We did our research and entertained three other providers but felt most comfortable with our sales rep Brian. he was direct and candid offering opinions from his experience not just sales pitches.
Negatives: the office support team seemed a little dysfunctional having to contact them a few different times for schedule coordination and they never returned my call(s). I also didnt like that the installer took almost 10 hours in a sub 20 degree day.
