Our experience with Middlesex doors was off the charts. The initial visit with Tanya started us off on the right path. The site visit with Neil left me amazed with the amount of knowledge and understanding shared. Neil spent a significant amount of time ensuring we ended up with exactly what we wanted. The installer was equally as impressive. He took the time to ensure everything sealed properly, functional tested the door and explained everything along the way I describe this process as Top Shelf.

Excellent experience. Office was great. Left a message and they called me back within a hour. Quickly scheduled a tech to come out and look at my broken garage door. Thought I might need a new one because the spring had snapped and the garage door opener ripped the bracket right out of the door. Scott looked at it and installed a much longer and beefy bracket that attached much more securely. Had the door working with a temporary spring clamp in about 30 minutes, ordered a new spring and installed it once it came in. Highly recommend.

I could not open or close the door. I could not get my car out of the garage to go to an appointment. Within two hours of calling, Middlesex had repaired the door and I was on my way. I received excellent service from the answering service to the support staff to the repair technician. It could not have been better. Thank you.

Exceptional service was provided by Middlesex Door for a snapped cable which made our garage door inoperable. Middlesex Door was responsive to our problem and arranged for a technician to come to our house within a few hours. Devin, the technician, was outstanding. Devin quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken cable to get our garage door to work properly again. Devin was knowledgeable, professional and explained the repair to us in an easy to understand manner. Well done!!

The technician (Tyler iirc) replaced my broken garage springs quickly, professionally, and was very friendly as well. The price was excellent too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. One other note - when searching google for this service I was surprised to see SO MANY garage repair sites that were blatantly scams with AI images, no actual physical location, etc. So if you're looking at this review and looking at other alternatives, be very careful of all the other scams out there (and really, just call this business instead)

I recently worked with Middlesex Door Systems to replace the garage door at our home. We had some issues with the door, which I reported to Tanya. She got one of the technicians out to our house within a matter of days. When fixing the issue with the door, we also encountered an unexpected issue with the lock on the garage. Tanya had someone come out the next day to resolve the issue with the lock as well, and I didn't see a bill for either of these visits given the door was under warranty. Middlesex Door Systems was great to work with, and know that if there is an issue, they will make it right.

Just had our 2 garage door opener systems replaced . Tyler was our installation tech. Throughout the whole process he was efficient, very knowledgeable,courteous and friendly. He answered our one million questions and at the end walked us through the process of remote set up and workings of the system . I would not hesitate to use Middlesex Door and especially Tyler as our tech.
